Phones
We offer a unique service of providing degoogled phones, wherein we remove Google’s operating system to enhance privacy. Due to the diverse array of phones available, we prepare them upon customer request. Please note the following:
Warranty: De-googled phones do not necessarily come with a manufacturer’s warranty as the operating system has been replaced. While we strive to ensure functionality, if an issue arises, we attempt to reinstall Google’s OS. If unsuccessful, we cannot guarantee a warranty.
Phones and Computers
Change of Mind: Refurbished phones and computers may be returned within 2 weeks subject to the items being in the same condition that they were provided. The device will need to be completely rebuilt from scratch from the original operating system. For this reason, a rebuild fee, along with an administration fee, will be deducted from the refund.
Brand new phones and computers will no longer be new once returned. They can only be sold as refurbished devices. For this reason, the refund will incur a deduction to reflect this downgrade in the condition of the device, in addition to the rebuild and administration fees.
The refund will be paid when the item is resold.
Faraday Bags:
We offer Faraday bags to protect your devices from electromagnetic interference. Please see our policy for Faraday bags below:
Refund: Faraday bags can be refunded, minus postage and handling fees, if returned within a couple of days, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
