We offer a unique service of degoogled phones, wherein we remove Google’s operating system to enhance privacy. Due to the diverse array of phones available, we prepare them upon customer request. Please note the following:
Warranty: De-googled phones do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty as the operating system has been replaced. While we strive to ensure functionality, if an issue arises, we attempt to reinstall Google’s OS. If unsuccessful, we cannot offer a warranty.
Change of Mind: Refunds are available for refurbished/as-new phones, excluding postage and handling fees. However, we cannot guarantee the condition upon return. Brand new phones returned after no use will be considered “as-new” and subject to the same refund policy.
We customize laptops based on customer specifications and order them accordingly. Please review our policies below:
Change of Mind: Similar to phones, refurbished/as-new laptops can be returned for a refund, minus postage and handling fees. Brand new laptops returned after use will incur a 25% restocking fee, or customers may opt to return the laptop for a Windows reinstallation at a $100 charge.
We offer Faraday bags to protect your devices from electromagnetic interference. Please see our policy for Faraday bags below:
Refund: Faraday bags can be refunded if returned within a couple of days, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
